Know Your Bozeman Resources

Sometimes a helpful step in taking care of ourselves is knowing what our resources are, both in our lives personally and in our community.

Identifying what resources exist can be challenging if we are already in an unsettled place or experiencing a mental health episode.  So, take the time to research and plan ahead for how and where you can reach out if you need support.

On a personal level, who are you trusted allies when things are hard? What friend, family member, neighbor, coach, faith community member, or professional can you call on to be there for you when you need it?

Additionally, what places help you feel safe and regulated?  What rituals of self-care and support can you implement to address what thoughts and feelings arise?

Then, on a macro level, what community support you getting the help you need?

In the Bozeman area and Gallatin Valley there are a wide variety of resources for people experiencing crises.  Here is a list to get you started.
