Leanne Sudbeck, Bozeman, IN PERSON AND TELEHEALTH
Psychotherapist, MSW, SWLC
Leanne Sudbeck creates a therapeutic space where clients feel deeply seen, heard, and supported in their personal growth. She believes healing happens through meaningful connection – both within oneself and in relationship with others – and works together with clients to explore the thoughts, emotions, and beliefs that shape their experiences. From a heart-centered foundation, she combines diverse modalities to offer reflective insight, practical tools, and space for transformation.
With a deep interest in how personal narratives shape identity, Leanne helps clients examine and rewrite the stories that no longer serve them. She sees language and metaphor as powerful tools for self-understanding, guiding people toward new perspectives with curiosity and openness. Holding space with intuition and presence, she makes room for both deep emotional work and moments of lightness.
Her professional background reflects a lifelong commitment to understanding human experience from multiple perspectives. She holds a Master of Social Work from Boston University, and Bachelor of Science degrees in both Sociology and Horticulture from Montana State University. Her training in Buddhist philosophy, mindfulness, and shamanic traditions allows her to integrate holistic frameworks into therapy, recognizing that healing unfolds in its own time, much like the natural world – guided by cycles of growth, release, and renewal.
Outside of therapy, Leanne finds inspiration in nature – wildcrafting, hiking, and tending her garden. A singer, artist, and lifelong seeker, she also loves creative expression and community. She is honored to walk alongside clients in their sacred process of self-discovery.

Ella Nagle, Bozeman, IN PERSON AND TELEHEALTH
Psychotherapist, MA, LCPC
Ella offers therapy as a grounded space to return to yourself. She works with adults navigating anxiety, grief, identity shifts, and the sense of disconnection that can follow stress, loss, or long periods in survival mode. Her sessions are steady and spacious, helping clients slow down, listen inward, and begin relating to themselves and their emotions with greater curiosity, clarity, and empathy.
Ella helps clients notice how emotions and past experiences can be held in the body, shape relationships, and influence self-talk—and supports them in shifting those patterns in ways that feel empowering and sustainable, even when life is uncertain or complex. Her approach blends mindfulness, somatic awareness, and a strong focus on connection and trust within the therapy relationship. Over time, this work lays the foundation for healthier boundaries, less self-doubt, and a stronger sense of alignment in daily life.
Clients often describe Ella as calm, intuitive, and consistent — someone who listens fully and helps them hear themselves more clearly. She brings lightheartedness when it is welcome without bypassing what’s tender or painful. She is especially attuned to the experiences of LGBTQ+ clients and those exploring belonging, identity, or meaning. Her work is grounded by respect, compassion, and a belief that people don’t need to be “fixed” in order to heal.
Ella feels most at home and at peace near flowing water and on walks with her dog George. She shares life with her partner and finds belonging in the queer community and natural world.

Monique Schofield, Bozeman, IN PERSON AND TELEHEALTH
Psychotherapist, MS, PCLC
For Monique, therapy is about helping people come home to themselves. She supports adults navigating trauma, grief, anxiety, spiritual pain, identity shifts, and burnout.
As both a therapist and a survivor, she knows what it’s like to feel unheard, to question your worth, or to carry pain that never had a safe place to land. She brings both personal and professional insight into what healing really requires: safety, clarity, compassion, and room to grow.
Her sessions are grounded in evidence-based approaches, but more than that, they’re rooted in trust. Monique meets clients with integrity and presence, helping them reconnect with their voice, their body, and their right to peace. She also offers faith-integrated therapy for those exploring spiritual questions or untangling religious trauma.
Before becoming a therapist, Monique worked in emergency services, education, and advocacy – roles that shaped her understanding of how systems affect individual lives, and how vital it is to have at least one space where you don’t have to perform, explain yourself, or protect others. These experiences sharpened her intuition and taught her how to stay steady in moments of crisis or complexity. Clients often describe Monique as someone who “gets it,” who listens without judgement or pressure, and who offers tools that actually make a difference in everyday life.
When she’s not working, Monique is often relaxing at home or spending time outdoors. She loves cooking, walking in nature, and tending to her garden, and stays closely connected to her family and spirituality.

Laura Driscoll, Bozeman, IN PERSON AND TELEHEALTH
Psychotherapist, MS, LCPC, LAC
Laura supports adults through trauma, addiction, anxiety, and the often-invisible pressures that build over time. She offers a calm, grounded presence shaped by over ten years of expertise and advanced training, and a deep belief that real change is possible – even when it doesn’t feel that way yet.
She is especially passionate about working with people whose experiences are often overlooked, including Native American women, men facing pressure, isolation, and grief in rural communities, and individuals in high-risk or high-stress professions. Her clients often say they feel safe, understood, and able to be more honest in therapy than they ever expected.
Her previous work in Corrections, including five years at the Montana Women’s Prison, gave her a profound understanding of what it means to hold space without judgment and help people navigate even the most difficult parts of their story.
She sees progress not as fixing something broken, but learning to know – and trust – yourself again, one step at a time.
When she’s not working, Laura can be found cheering on the Bobcats, camping with her family, floating Montana’s rivers, or reading voraciously – from clinical textbooks to Stephen King thrillers.

Erin Awes, Billings IN PERSON AND TELEHEALTH
Psychotherapist, MSW, SWLC, LAC
Erin is a trauma-informed psychotherapist and Licensed Addiction Counselor who creates a therapeutic space where clients can soften their defenses, speak their truths, and begin to relate to themselves with greater compassion and clarity. Her presence is calm, emotionally attuned, and fiercely respectful.
Erin began her work in the healing profession over a decade ago, serving individuals in tribal communities, residential treatment, and complex family systems. She specializes in co-occurring disorders, trauma recovery, and relational healing – honoring the complexity of what clients have lived through, and gently supporting them as they find the strength to envision and step into something different.
Shaped by both science and soul, her approach is deeply relational and rooted in psychodynamic and existential frameworks.
She supports clients in identifying patterns, healing nervous system responses, and aligning their lives with their values. Her style is intuitive and collaborative, with a strong focus on emotional safety, authenticity, and deep listening. Clients often describe her as someone who helps them feel safe, seen, and empowered. Her own long-term recovery adds another layer of empathy and integrity to her work.
Above all, Erin believes therapy is sacred work with both practical and transformative impacts for the body, mind, and spirit. Change doesn’t erase the past, she says, but it can liberate our relationship to it.
Beyond her practice, Erin finds joy and wisdom in the natural world. She is a parent, a flower gardener, a snowboarder, and a lifelong learner – letting each season of life shape, guide, and inspire her own continued healing.

Rachel Robertson, Billings, IN PERSON AND TELEHEALTH
Psychotherapist, MA, PCLC
For Rachel, therapy is about creating space to breathe, reflect, and reconnect – honestly and without judgment – with your emotions, your values, and the parts of your story that haven’t had room to be fully seen. She supports adults and young adults navigating anxiety, trauma, grief, identity questions, suicidal ideation, and burnout. She is especially attuned to the experiences of LGBTQ+ individuals and those moving through life transitions marked by uncertainty or self-doubt.
Rachel understands that grief doesn’t always follow a single event – it can be layered, prolonged, or woven invisibly into the fabric of daily life. She offers space to hold those losses with courageous self-compassion, helping clients name what hurts and begin to move forward in ways that feel true to who they are becoming.
Her sessions combine warmth and insight, guiding clients to explore what’s beneath the surface and begin making small, meaningful shifts in how they see themselves, relate to others, and engage with the world around them. Rachel is validating and intuitive – someone who helps people feel safe enough to be fully honest. She offers feedback when it’s helpful, stays curious in moments of uncertainty, and respects each client’s pace and process.
Outside of work, Rachel finds meaning in the quiet rhythms of everyday life – walking her dog, re-reading favorite books, writing, and spending time with her wife, their baby son, and their two cats and dog.

Christina Matiuk, Bozeman, IN PERSON AND TELEHEALTH
Psychotherapist, MSW, SWLC
Christina Matiuk creates a therapeutic space where people can be fully human – confused, grieving, angry, or overwhelmed – and still be met with warmth and respect. Her approach is honest, collaborative, and deeply supportive, helping people understand how their inner and outer worlds interact and how to shift what no longer serves them.
Christina began her career working with high school students in Hell’s Kitchen, and later served survivors of crimes, witnesses, and their families at the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office. These roles deepened her understanding of how trauma, disconnection, and systemic oppression affect mental health – and how powerful it is when someone feels truly seen.
With a foundation in trauma-informed care, Christina supports people navigating grief, identity, chronic stress, and systemic barriers.
She’s especially called to work with youth, survivors, caregivers, working-class clients, first responders, and new parents. Clients describe her as consistent, competent, and real. She doesn’t sugarcoat hardship, but she never underestimates a person’s strength. Her sessions blend insight with action, helping clients reclaim agency and rewrite their story – going from “my world is crashing down” to “I know what I can do now.”
Outside of work, Christina gravitates toward thrift stores, trailheads, picket lines for labor justice, and stray cats on city sidewalks – drawn to the ways we can care for each other and find meaning in the everyday.
